Slavko Dimović, Principal Research Fellow, Department of Radiation and Environmental Protection, Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences, National Institute for the Republic of Serbia, University of Belgrade, specializing in the field of natural and mathematical sciences – chemistry. His expertise includes radiological waste management, with a focus on the immobilization of Co²⁺ and Sr²⁺ ions using bone biosorbents. His research spans radiation protection, environmental safety, and nuclear security. Slavko’s work is pivotal in advancing radiological safety practices and developing effective solutions for environmental protection and the mitigation of radiation hazards.
